研究方向介绍：
研究团队基于冠心病外科治疗患者队列，围绕冠心病外科治疗风险预测以及“个体化”临床决策开展系列基础和临床研究。主要研究包括：①发现国人冠心病患者的个体性差异，建立并验证中国冠心病外科风险评估模型（SinoSCORE）；②发现冠心病外科治疗预后相关新型生物标志物，为冠心病的发病机制研究提供新的靶点；③开展冠心病外科医疗质量评价与质量改善研究，建立了冠心病外科医疗质量国家标准。研究成果相继发表在 New England Journal of Medicine， Circulation， Journal of American College of Cardiology 等期刊。
Based on the cohort of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) undergoing surgical treatment, the research team conduct serious basic studies and clinical concerning the risk prediction and optimal clinical strategy making. Main works are as follows: 1.Demonstrated individual differences between patients with CHD in China, set up and verified the first risk stratification system in China, the sino system for coronary operative risk evaluation (SinoSCORE), guiding the strategy making of clinical practice. 2. Discovered novel biomarkers related to the outcomes of patients of CHD undergone surgical treatment, suggesting new targets of pathogenesis research of CHD. 3. Conducted study on quality evaluation and improvement of surgical treatment to CHD, and established the national standards of the surgical treatment to CHD. Achievements of studies mentioned above have been published at scientific journals, such as New England Journal of Medicine， Circulation， Journal of American College of Cardiology and so on.
